These are 2 units – a 1 bedroom, 1 bath home with a detached studio – both come complete with a kitchen and bath. All rooms with ocean views! This property sleeps 6 total. Rent just the 1 bedroom house or both! The units are completely self-contained with all the amenities and comforts of home except you're in Paradise! Watch the turtles frolic in the surf from the picnic area, which includes BBQ, picnic table and hammock, located just 20 feet from shore. Spinner dolphins and whales are often sighted off the backyard. Or how about a relaxing massage by the surf. | |

The property is 1/2 acre full of swaying palm trees, ironwood, banana trees and rolling lawns amongst the lava; very lush and tropical. We’ve done some extensive remodeling in 2003 with new tile bath and floors, lava rock BBQ on lanai and sun deck overlooking the ocean with HOT TUB! There are lots of things to see and do in the immediate area. Catch a 90 lb. Ulua off the backyard or hike the Volcanoes National Park. Lots to see and do in the immediate area. There is hiking, swimming at the hot ponds, shore or deep sea fish, visit the Volcanoes National Park, museums, golf courses, Macadamia Nut Farm 10 minutes away, wine tasting in Volcano, snorkeling at Kapoho and Richardson Beach in Hilo, surfing at Pohiki and Honolii, bike riding, tide pools at Kaloli Point, shopping in Hilo or nearby quaint old Hawaiian towns and then relax in the hot tub in the evening after your days explorations! Great restaurants in the area, Farmers Market every Wednesday and Saturday in Hilo and one on Sundays near the property for fresh local fish, fruits and veggies, shop the mall in town at department stores and shops.
