Rental
Policies
Main 1 bedroom, 1 bath bungalow is
primary booking @ $725/wk for 2 and the additional studio will
only be rented out along with the main house for total rental for
both at $875/wk.
No Pets allowed and Smoking only
permitted outside bungalows.
Deposits
1/2 of total rate plus security deposit due at booking within 10 days to hold reservation. Balance due 3 weeks before arrival. A deposit statement will be sent upon booking to hold the reservation.
Security
Deposit
There is a $200 refundable security deposit and will be returned within 2 weeks of departure.
Cleaning Fee &
applicable Hawaii State taxes:
There is a $75 cleaning fee added to each booking. Hawaii
State tax of 11.42% added to rental rates.
Cancellation
Policy
Cancellation 4 weeks prior to arrival will receive full refund.
Cancellation 3 weeks prior to arrival will receive a 75% refund of total booking.
Cancellation 2 weeks prior to arrival or sooner will receive 50% refund of total
